Vin Azul Collective  ·  Est. 2026

Where wine is
the language. The world
is the table.

A curated circle for people who experience life through wine, culture, and extraordinary hospitality — from California to Provence, Baja to Tuscany.

What We Are

Not a wine club.
Not a travel company.
Something that didn't exist before.

Vin Azul Collective turns wine into a way of moving through the world. We connect the world's most curious, successful people to the winemakers, estates, and tables that most will never find — not because they lack resources, but because nobody had built the bridge.

Every experience is curated by a collective of genuine authorities: a Four Seasons hospitality veteran, an Advanced Sommelier, and a media voice that has spent years making wine culture legible to the world. This is not a platform. It is a circle of people who know what they are doing.

"When you are part of Vin Azul, you are recognized. Not famous. Recognized. The winemaker knows your palate. The hotel expects you."

We launched in California and we are building toward the world — Baja, Provence, Priorat, Tuscany, and beyond. The founding circle is fifty people. There will never be another one.

The Authorities
Behind the Experience

Vin Azul is not a company with a team. It is a collective of genuine authorities — in hospitality, wine, and storytelling — who came together around a shared belief: that the finest experiences in life happen around a table, and the right company matters as much as the wine.

I
Head Sommelier
Lisa
Redwine

One of only four women in San Diego to hold Advanced Sommelier accreditation from the Court of Master Sommeliers — a distinction she earned in 2010 while pursuing her Master Sommelier certification. A Culinary Institute of America graduate with honors, Lisa has built award-winning wine programs at some of the finest restaurants in San Francisco and San Diego, including The Marine Room and the legendary Cypress Club. A wine judge at the San Diego International Wine Competition and Sommelier Challenge, a professor at San Diego State University's Business of Wine Program, and the founder of the Women's Wine Alliance — a nonprofit advancing wine education for women professionals. Lisa's palate, relationships, and authority are the curatorial spine of everything Vin Azul pours, recommends, and travels toward.

II
Head of Hospitality
Joseph
Peukert

Twenty-five years of world-class hospitality experience distilled into every Vin Azul event. Holder of a BS in Hospitality Management from UNLV — the most prestigious hospitality program in the world — Joseph spent a decade working alongside culinary legend José Andrés at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where food, art, and spectacle converge at the highest level. He then brought that excellence to the Four Seasons Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii — one of the brand's most celebrated flagship properties, where aloha and luxury meet in perfect harmony. Joseph is the reason every Vin Azul experience feels effortless, intentional, and utterly unforgettable from the moment you arrive.

III
Media, Brand & Storytelling
Will
Burtner

Sommelier, author, and media personality best known for Wine Wednesday on Fox News. Will has spent years making wine culture feel alive, relevant, and worth paying attention to — bringing both deep expertise and a rare ability to translate the world of fine wine into stories that move people. He is the voice that will tell the world what Vin Azul is building.
